* Created in November 2016 a fitness center and beauty parlour around slimming In Marseille 8th district, reaching 225 k€ Turnover in the first 12 months of operation. Launching of 4 internet sites to support, in charge of Adwords fine-tuning. Trusted the business against rent to staff starting January 2019
* Negotiated the acquisition of a non-performing 60-acre campsite in France. Turned around and grew annual revenue by 325+, realized annual profit of 10+ and increased asset value for stakeholders by over 630. Ended up with sales of complete business with price jumping from original 0,850 M€ in 1996 to 3,5 M€ in December 2015
* Introduced, through an in-house individualized presentation, French exporters of tourism-formulae to China market and to South China real estate entities (Equiland, CBG Architecture, Xtremaventures, Gralon, B-Yachting)
